Council supports Wilfred Owen Festival
The event will bring huge publicity to the town with 12 days of concerts, exhibitions, recitals and other events.
November will mark the centenary of the end of the Great War and the 4 November will be the centenary of the death of Wilfred Owen, the Oswestry born war poet.
