Oswestry in Bloom is a Committee comprising of a limited number of individuals who work tirelessly to improve the visual appearance and quality of life of the locals and visitors to Oswestry. The Bloom Committee has taken the town to great heights in national competitions, winning Gold Awards in the Heart of England in Bloom Competition in 2005, 2006, 2007,2008 and now 2009.
